When we launched our new login module we experienced an increase in isssues regarding login and account creation. Thus we have written guides on how to [create an account](https://mercell.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/article/744489948) in ETHICS and updated our guide on how to reset your password.

In relation to this we can also reveal that we are soon to launch our new support portal, which will be accessible for all users. We have, as a start, imported our current guide, but we will be reworking this large pdf guide in to smaller and more focused articles.

In addition to having our guides accessible from our support portal it will also be possible to request a callback via written request. If the matter is urgent you can write that in the request title so our customer service department can easily see it and contact you as soon as possible.
