Mercell Group in Denmark (Mercell, Ethics, Udbudsvagten og EU-Supply) regularly follow the corona-virus/COVID-19 situation in Denmark and Europe, as well as any changes to the current information and guidelines from the Danish Health Authority  ([http://sst.dk/coronavirus](http://sst.dk/coronavirus) ).

As a reaction to the government's announcement yesterday we have already from today thursday the 12th of March activated our contingency plan for situations like these. It will be in place ofr now up untill the 27th of March, unless the Danish Health Authority and the government comes with further information or changes to their guidelines.  
  
All employess are from todays date working from home, where we can maintain the full operational services in relation to Support and other customer contact.

The same contacts, support etc. will therefore be available for contact without changes in regards to the current situation.

All physical meetings are cancelled both internally and externally, or changed to web based meetings.

As mentioned earlier we will keep ourselves up to date, and follow the situation closely as well as continue to adjust to handling the situation, while following the guidelines from the Danish Health Authority.
