Unanswered questions

In the Tender Service, tenderers can ask questions to the procurement unit regarding a valid request. It is possible to ask additional information questions until the deadline specified by the procurement unit in the request.

If there are unanswered questions in a valid request, there is a red circle at the top of the page next to the image of the envelope, which indicates the number of unanswered questions. Each received question will also be sent an e-mail to the author of the request. A triangle is displayed on the Questions tab if the request has unanswered questions. Questions are answered on the Questions tab.
