Access Question Management from the settings menu or the envelope-icon in the top bar. In this section, you can view and respond to questions submitted by suppliers regarding your requests.

- **Unanswered questions** - lists questions that are unanswered
- **Answered questions** - lists questions that have been answered

### **Answering questions**

- **Select **the question you want to process.
- You will be redirected to the "Questions" page.
- Type the answer in the field
  - If you select "the answer can only be seen by the person asking" then the answer to the question goes only to the person asking the question.
  - If no choice is made, the answer will go to all bidders who read the answer.
