> ⚠️ This guide covers the recovery of your password for the new Mercell Login. Go to [http://my.mercell.com](http://my.mercell.com)  to begin recovering your Mercell Login password.

1. Click the “Mercell Login”-button on the lower half of the screen
  
2. You will now get redirected to the new Mercell Login.
  
3. Type your email and click “Continue”
4. You will now have the option to click “Forgot password?”. This will redirect you to the “Forgot Your Password?”-screen.
  
5. Confirm that your email is correct and click “Continue”.
  
6. You will now receive an email with instructions to help you recover your password.

> ⚠️ Didn’t receive any email? Please check your SPAM-/Junk-folder and make sure to whitelist the sender auth@mercell.com.
