Small procurement units are units operating under the procurement unit, which only make small procurements. 

 

Each small procurement unit has its own users, who can be added, edited and deleted in the Small Procurement Users Management.

 

Add a small procurement unit or edit a small procurement unit

- Click "Add a new small procurement unit" or select "Edit" under the function button

- Fill in the fields that open up
  - Official name
  - Service ID
  - E-mail address
  - Y ID
  - Homeland
  - Currency
  - Language
  - Street address
  - Postcode
  - Post office
  - Telephone number
  - Add logo
  - Small procurements published by the small procurement unit are displayed in the procurement unit's small procurement service
    - If you put a dot here, the small procurements published by the relevant small procurement unit will appear not only in the small procurement unit's own service but also in the procurement unit's service.
