In the contact information register, it is possible to manage groups related to the organization as well as the organization's information and people.

<u>User interface of the contact information register:</u>

**Business/personal groups**

- Management and browsing of company and personal groups registered in the system
  - Entities, entities involved in the procurement procedure
  - Units, units responsible for tendering

**Activities**

 

- Add : adding a new group
- Edit : edit the group
- New Company : adding a new company
- My data: editing the procurement organization's basic data and persons
  - The new person must be created in the contact information register with their own information before you can create a new competition user ID for the person in question

- The search function can be used to search for registered companies
