### **How to use an existing notice as the basis for a new notice**

1. Select the folder from which you are applying for tenders

2. Select the notice you want from the list in the folder by clicking on it

3. In the *functions *menu on the right, select *Create a new notice using this as a template*

4. The new notification opens in the notification creation mode, with all previous information filled in except for the date information.
