Internal Discussion Features You can conduct an internal discussion within the procurement notice under the  Internal discussion  tab. Here, you can view the entire conversation thread as well as information regarding time/date and sender. Create a discussion Create a new message by typing in the  Add new message  field. Add attachments from your computer as needed. Subscribe to the conversation via email. You can opt to receive notifications about new messages in your email by clicking  "Subscribe to the discussion in your mailbox." Add participants to the discussion by selecting them from the list of users.     Article Ref: 310320251347
