- The message is sent to everyone who read the request for quotation and/or submitted a bid

Notice of correction

With the correction notice, changes are made to the request for tender in the fields where the information is to be changed. The system automatically collects the changes for the data going to HILMA in the section "VII SECTION: CHANGES". The rest of the changes must be listed in section VII.2. After this, the announcement is published in the Tender Service and HILMA.

Things to consider when submitting a repair report:

**II.1.1) Name**

In the new notice of correction, the word "REVISION NOTICE" should not be used in the title, but the title shall be kept as before.

**II.1.4) Short description**

The description must not be modified with a correction notice unless there is a change in the description of the purchase itself.

**IV.2.2) Deadline for receiving bids or participation applications**

- If the deadline for tenders is corrected, section IV.2.7) Conditions for opening tenders should also be modified

* (NOTE. this field only in the open procedure)*

Section VII: Changes

VII.1) Information to be corrected or added

**VII.1.1) Reason for change**

- Choose
  - Change to the original information sent by the procurement authority
  - The announcement published in TED does not correspond to the original information sent by the procurement authority

**VII.1.2) Text to be corrected in the original notification**

- Make changes to the request for quotation normally in parts 1-14 of the system
- The system automatically lists the changes made to HILMA's transferred data (parts I-VI) in the correction notice

*NOTE! The rest of the changes made should be mentioned in section VII.2) Other supplementary information.*

**VII.2) Other supplementary information**

- Changes that do not appear in the list in section VII 1.2 are reported in the section and thus automatically go to HILMA. These changes may concern, for example, appendices, procurement object criteria or suitability requirements. The maximum number of characters in the field is 4000 characters, so changes should be reported briefly.
