**Where can I create an opening protocol?**  
 The opening protocol is created on the Offers tab. With the Pienhankinta form, the system creates the opening protocol automatically, and you cannot add attendees/place/time to it.

 

**Where can I make the procurement decision/s?**  


The procurement decision is made on the Decisions tab of the announcement. If necessary, you can also make several procurement decisions on the same page.


**How can I see to whom the procurement decision has been sent?**

On the Decisions tab, by clicking on the "menu" icon of the decision and then "Content of notification" you can view what the notification contained and when and to whom the notification was sent.

 

**Why does the system show that there are 0 supplier choices?**  
 In this case, supplier selections have not been made from the comparison table. You can go to edit the comparison table and select suppliers by ticking the "Select supplier" line. 


**Where can I find the questions received in the announcement?**  
 On the Documents tab, under the heading Questions/answers & messages, click "Open questions and answers in PDF format".
