Files can be imported from case management as attachments to the following points:

- Tender request attachments
- Attachments of answers to questions received during the bidding period
- Send message attachments
- The procurement decision and its attachments, if selected as having been made in another application
- Attachments to the notification of the procurement decision

 

Importing files takes place through the normal attachment addition screen of each section. Attachments imported from case management are not exported back to case management in connection with case management transfers, because they can already be found there.

 

As for the old user interface, the files under case management will be listed at the bottom of the attachment screen.

The following information about the files is displayed:

- the name of the measure (if the measures are in use in case management)
- document name
- file type of the document

From the check box in the "Selected" column at the beginning of each file line, you can choose which files you want to import to that section as attachments. The selected files are downloaded to the Competition by pressing the "Save attachment" button below the file lines.

 

With regard to the new user interface, the files in case management are listed on the new tab "Retrieve a file from case management" on the add attachments screen.

 The following information about the files is displayed:

- the name of the measure (if the measures are in use in case management)

- file type of the document

 

From the check box in the "Select" column at the beginning of each file row, you can choose which files you want to import into that section as attachments. The selected files are downloaded to the Competition by pressing the "Save attachment" button.
