The procurement calendar is a service open to everyone, where organizations using Mercell Kilpailtutus and Mercell Sopimu can publish information about procurement decisions, maintain a list of purchase locations and inform about future procurements.

**Publication of the procurement decision**

Organizations using Mercell Kilpilutut can publish a procurement decision created in the system or imported into the system in the Procurement Calendar. Publishing the procurement decision in the Procurement Calendar is possible if the organization uses the Procurement Calendar add-on functionality of Mercell Kilpailtutus.

 

**Publishing a list of places to buy**

Organizations using Mercell Competition and Mercell Agreement can maintain a list of purchase locations in the Procurement calendar for parties using procurement contracts. The procurement contract can be published in the Procurement Calendar from the Contract Management section of Mercell Competition, or if the organization uses Mercell Sopimus, the procurement contract will be published automatically.

 

**Publishing a future acquisition**

Organizations using Mercell Kilpiltutu can inform about upcoming procurements from the Procurement Calendar. Future acquisitions can be bulletin-type or a visual calendar view, if the organization uses the Mercell Competition Planning section.

- Change the desired language from the language menu in the upper right corner

 

Select the purchasing organization view

- Select the desired procurement organization from the menu in the upper left corner

Procurement decisions

 

In the procurement decisions section, the procurement decisions of the selected organization can be reviewed. The person handling the procurement decision phase can decide whether they want the procurement decision also published in the procurement calendar:

List of places to buy

 

A) Organizations that have access to the Mercell Agreement as well as the competition integration to Mercell Competition:

- The procurement calendar automatically displays all of the organization's valid (contract or option period) procurement contracts that have been drawn up in Mercell Sopimus and linked to a tender through tendering integration.

B) Organizations that use Mercell Kilpiltutus' contract management tool can publish the desired valid contracts to the list of purchase locations in the Procurement calendar: 

- Find the desired valid contract, select the contract item "Procurement information" and click "Publish in Procurement calendar".

Future acquisitions

 

 

A) Organizations that use Mercell Suunnittelu can publish their upcoming tender projects in the calendar displayed in the "Upcoming Procurements" section:

The publication of the tender in the procurement calendar's calendar of future procurements is done in the tendering draft phase. The tender draft approver can publish the tender in the Procurement Calendar: 

- On the information page of the competition draft, there is a selection Accept and export to the competition calendar
  - Select "Publish in Procurement Calendar"

B) Organizations that do not have Mercell Planning in use can publish future procurements from the Mercell Competition menu under "Settings" under "Notices". 

- Select "Future acquisition" as the type of announcement and fill in the fields of the announcement. Click "Save and Publish".

The notices appear in the "Upcoming procurements" section of the Procurement calendar as text notices:
