The Mercell **Contract Lifecycle Management Dashboard** serves as your command centre for all contract-related activities. Here, you can easily navigate the platform’s most important features, keep track of contracts, tasks, and critical updates. Each section on the homepage is designed to help you efficiently manage your contracts and stay informed about key developments.


### Top Navigation & Global Features


The features located across the top of the dashboard provide essential global tools:

| Icon/Feature | Name | Functionality |
| Module tabs | Module names | Allows you to switch to other Mercell applications, depending on your organisation’s subscriptions. |
| **?** (Question mark icon) | **Support Portal** | Opens support options for all users, including access to support articles, and the option to submit a ticket to **Customer Support**. |
| **Globe** | **Language Selection** | Provides language options to change the user interface. Language choices may be limited by the organisation's environment and platform translations completed. |
| **Megaphone** | **Notifications** | Opens the notification list. Options include **Search notification**, **Create organisational notification**, or **Create unit notification**. The available choices depend on the user's access level. |
| **Bell** | **Alerts** | Opens a list of system-issued alerts. Alerts are generated from various activities targeted at the user's subscription. |
| **Checklist** | **Contract Cart** | Used to make **bulk changes** to contracts via the contract cart function. |
| **Email Address** | **Account Menu** | The standard account menu across Mercell. Use it to: view user account and subscription information, navigate to **User Management**, manage alerts in **Alert Settings**, and **Log out**. |


### Function Menu

The primary functions of the system are found under the Top Navigation:

| **New** | Contains functions for **contract creation** and **import**. |
| **Search** | Provides search functions for individual contracts, **sets of contracts**, **change proposals**, and **complaints**. |
| **Monitoring** | Includes functions related to **contract monitoring**. |
| **Settings** | Allows management of **libraries**, **contract and reclamation templates**, and contract **types**. |

### The Dashboard Sections

The main body of the dashboard provides statistics and lists designed for at-a-glance management:

| Section | Content and Purpose |
| **My Contracts** | Shows statistics on the **status of the user's own contracts** and a list of the most recently edited contracts. |
| **My Tasks** | Lists **upcoming**, **pending**, and **overdue tasks** related to the user's contracts, as well as pending signatures. This section also lists the latest **alerts** related to the user's contracts. |
| **My Organisation** | Displays statistics on the **number of contracts** in the entire organisation per unit, as well as contracts that are **expiring**. |

> ℹ️ **Note:** On all areas of the dashboard, clicking **Search/show all **will open a more detailed view of the data.
