The **Dashboard** view, accessible from the **Monitoring** menu, provides key users with a concise, graphical summary of the organisation's contract portfolio.

> **Note:** The Dashboard is **only visible** in the Monitoring menu to users who have **editing rights** to contracts (i.e., **Administrators**, **main users of the unit**, and the **person responsible for the contract**).

The Dashboard consists of four distinct widgets (quick views). Clicking on any widget opens the information in a detailed table view.

### 1. Conditions of Contracts

This widget displays a chart showing the distribution of your organisation's contracts based on their **current state** (status).

- **Interaction:** Moving your mouse over the graph displays the specific **number of contracts** in each state.
- Filtering: You can limit the data shown to a specific unit's data by selecting the desired unit using the pencil icon in the upper right corner.

### 2. Predicted Values / Unit

This diagram visualises the distribution of the **predicted value** of your organisation's contracts across different **units**.

- **View Options:** Predicted values can be viewed either by **individual contract** or by **contract set**.
- Filtering: Use the pencil icon to apply filters. You can choose to show:
  - The five or ten units with the **most contracts**.
  - The distribution of predicted values for **specific, desired units**.

### 3. Persons Responsible for Contracts

This diagram shows how the organisation's contracts are **distributed among the persons responsible** for managing them.

- Filtering: Use the pencil icon () to filter the chart. You can choose to display:
  - The five or ten contract managers who have the **most contracts** in the system.
  - The distribution of contracts for **specific unit(s)** among their respective contract managers.

### 4. My Reminders

This widget provides a list of all **reminders assigned directly to the current user**.

- **Interaction:** Clicking on a row opens more **detailed information** about that reminder.
- **Action:** The button at the end of the row allows you to **jump directly to the contract management side** to view or edit the reminder.
