If you forget your password, you can order a new password via the "Forgot your password" link. The link can be found in the upper right corner of the portal.

 Enter the email address you provided during registration in the field and click Send.

You will receive a link to set a new password to the e-mail address specified as the user ID.

Click on the link received in your email.

- If the link does not appear as a hyperlink in the e-mail program, copy and paste the link into the address field of the browser
- Please note that the link is only valid for 30 minutes
- If the link does not arrive in your email, check if the message has ended up in spam. We recommend that you define senders ending with '[cloudia.fi](http://cloudia.fi)' as trustworthy in your e-mail program so that messages from [noreply@cloudia.fi](mailto:noreply@cloudia.fi) reach their destination. With this measure, providers can prevent mail from ending up in the spam folder.

*Note! The minimum password length is 8 characters and must contain at least one upper and lower case letter, one number and a special character.*
