All your ongoing bids can be found in the  Active Bids  tab within  My Opportunities . Each bid is clearly displayed with its current status and deadline date. A bid will appear in this list as soon as you accept the invitation online. You can use the status filter and sorting features to quickly find the opportunity you are looking for. When a tender is awarded or cancelled, the opportunity will automatically be moved to the  Past Bids  tab. If you have the  Organisation Administrator  role, you can also view tenders that have been sent to other colleagues within your organisation and take action when necessary. Any user who has access to the tender through their  My Opportunities  page can submit a bid on behalf of the organisation.  Filter your Active Bids If you want to filter specific bid statuses that you or your colleagues are working on, follow the steps below: Click the  Bid Status  drop-down menu. Select one or more of the four available options: No bids:  An invitation to bid has been sent and accepted, but no bid has yet been made. Not submitted:  Where a bid is in progress, but it is not yet complete Submitted:   Where a bid has been sent, and the response is pending Recalled:   When a bid was submitted, but it was since recalled Results will only show active bids that fall within that bid status. Sort your Active Bids You can also sort your bids by due date: Select the  Bid due date (earliest)   to display the bids with the longest time remaining before the deadline first. Select the  Bid due date (latest)  to display the bids with the shortest time remaining before the deadline first. Article Ref: 060120260940
