An organisation can play various roles within the procurement process. The organisation types and roles have been determined by TED, which have been integrated into the Notice editor implementation.

Let’s take a look at the image below, after you have added an organisation to the form you are ready to decide their role in the procurement process. One organisation can have many roles, so you will be able to select the same organisation in different fields

> ⚠️ If an organisation doesn’t have a role in the form, you will be unable to publish, each organisations must have at least **ONE** role.
