## Location code update for Norwegian municipalities

The location codes for Norwegian municipalities have now been updated and newly created municipalities can now be found in the dedicated picker in the forms.

Doffin will accept schema versions containing old location codes and new location codes until the release later in February 2021 of the TED package 2021 containing change to the NUTS codes. 

> ℹ️ Note that with the introduction of NUTS 2021, Norway’s NUTS structure will be deeply modified. The details of the changes will be published in the next release note.

## Archiving of procurement plans

Procurement plans created in the system can now be transferred to the archive system automatically. Files transferred are getting the proper naming.

## Improved Mercell Update rendering on iPhone and display of support link

The width of the Mercell Update email columns has been adjusted for a better rendering on iPhone devices. The format of the support link at the bottom of the email has been adjusted for better visibility.
