## Problem

This applies to native Ephorte (Non GeoIntegration)

## Solution

1. Make sure the archive system user provided to Mercell is not expired.
2. Contact Mercell support and provide new username/pw for archive integration user


> ℹ️ The archive system username or password has been changed or expired
