In this article, you can read how to start creating your organization profile as a contracting authority or provider.

A purchasing organization is the party that places a tender on the market and asks suppliers to submit a quotation or response. 

An offering organization is the party that submits tenders and tenders.

To register, complete the following steps.

**Register**

1. Go to [https://s2c.mercell.com/](https://s2c.mercell.com/), and you will land on the home screen
2. At the bottom of the login box, click **New? Register is free** or **New? Register for free**
3. You start by filling in your personal details, your organization and other required fields
4. Click **Register**

NB:

When entering your Chamber of Commerce number, click on the **Search** icon. The data is checked and then automatically filled in the fields below with your organization details. This option is only for a Dutch Chamber of Commerce number.
