The basic license is a license that allows you to (among other things) create tenders.

# Basic license

A basic license is a label that you can assign to people within an organization. This license gives you, among other things, the option to create a tender. A tender also contains a number of rights that only a license holder can perform. View the possible rights within a tender under **Team**.
