When creating a new tender, you can also convert it to a parcel tender and set it up with a questionnaire(s).

In this article you can read how to do this.


## Create a parcel tender

1. Create a new tender via the **Add** button from your tender management
2. Go to **Properties** in the left menu in the tender
3. Navigate the screen to **Type** and click on the button **Convert** to tender with plots (Note: this is an irreversible action)
4. You can add parcels under **List of parcels** in the left menu

The structure of a parcel tender looks as follows:

- General
- Lot 1
- Plot 2
- and so on

Via the **Plots** home page you can open the **List** of plots per plot to set up with a questionnaire under **Content** in the left menu in the plot.

Please note: **General** is standard and leading in a parcel tender. You must add a questionnaire with at least one question here. This is to prevent providers from being unable to submit.
