You can read here at which two moments you can invite suppliers.


1. **In advance:** you can invite suppliers while they are not yet able to submit an offer or view the documents.
2. **During submission of offers:** it is possible to invite suppliers during the period of submission of offers. You can first prepare the documents, allow the submission of offers, and then invite the suppliers.
