In this support article, you will learn how to create a publication form.

> ⚠️ **Note**: When creating a publication, some options in the dropdown menu may be pre-filled, which can limit the choice of form types. These pre-filled fields are based on organization settings.

### **Creating a Publication Form**

1. Navigate to **Publication** in the left menu of the tender.
2. Click on **Add Form**.
3. Fill in the fields in the **Forms dropdown menu**.
4. Click on **Add**.

The form has been successfully created. You can proceed with filling in the publication.
