Tender refers to the submitted offer or bid, while Contracts pertain to the awarded winning bid(s).


> ⚠️ **Note: **To perform this action, you must first go to the **Results** tab, make a selection in the **BT-142** field, and choose **At least one winner has been selected **or **The winner has not yet been chosen, but the competition is still ongoing.**

> ⚠️ To link a contract to a tender, it is essential that you have already added a tender under the **Tenders **tab

### Linking Tenders to Contracts:

While in the **Results** Form:

1. Click on **Contracts** in the menu on the left.
2. Click on **+ Add Contract**.
3. Scroll down to the **Tenders **field (BT-3202) and select a tender from the dropdown list. If no options are displayed in the dropdown list, you must first add a tender.

The entered data is automatically saved. You should be able to see the added tender in the list on the **Contracts **tab.
