The PDF version of the Uniform European Tender Document is only possible to download with the help of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download Acrobat Reader [here](https://get.adobe.com/nl/reader/). The file cannot be read without Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Then follow the steps below.

1. Open the UEA pdf form with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save the document on your PC / Mac (right click on Download in Negometrix3)
2. Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program on your computer.
3. Go top left to **File **and choose **Open**.
4. You navigate to the PDF file where you previously downloaded it and open the file with Acrobat Reader.
