Use the previous request as the basis for the new one by going to the Home Page and clicking on “Search” on the navigation bar.

- Select the folder from which you want to choose a previous request to use as a template
- Select the desired request from the folder listing
  - Click the button on the right side of the relevant request and click "Create a new request using this as a template"
    - The new request opens in editing mode with all previous information filled in, except date information and attachments and links.
  - A pop-up window prompts you the select what other data will be brought over to the new request (other than texts, evaluation criteria and criteria)
    - Select with the currency of the RFx remains the same or if it should be changed
    - Select whether the links and attachments should be copied over to the new request
    - Select whether the same persons in charge and their rights should be copied over to the new request
    - Select whether the attachments to the terms should be copied over to the new request
    - Select whether the additional criteria attachments should be copied over to the new request
