In the "Documents" section of the information page, you can find the documents that have been saved in the request up to that point.
**Publication of the announcement and documents**
- Request (pdf)
- List of e-mail addresses to which the latest notification was sent. This can be either when the request was published or if the request was sent again by clicking the "Edit - Send request again" button
- Request attachments and links
**Answers received**
- Response documents
- Open the answer document
- This will contain a summary appendix of the information entered by the provider into the [supplier portal](https://supplierportal.c1.app.mercell.com/Default/Index)
- Other documents
- All files uploaded as an attachment to the answer are listed individually
**Questions/answers & messages**
- Questions and answers
- All questions and their recorded answers are sent through the "Questions" function
- Sent messages list
- Messages are sent via the "Send a message" function
- pdf compilation
**Decision documents**
- Comparison table with all information (pdf)
- Comparison table with all data (excel)
- Procurement decisions (pdf)
- Procurement decision made in the system (pdf)
- A procurement decision made in another system and which has been imported into the system
- Procurement decision message
- Email addresses of the recipients to which the notification of the procurement decision will be sent
- Attachments to the notification
- The documents attached to the notification of the procurement decision
**Other documents**
- Add a new file
- The bidder can upload documents related to the request
- The documents will not appear in the Supplier Portal
- You can create a document package request from all documents with all the information
