In the internal discussion section, you can have a discussion regarding the specific request. The conversation appears linked below the section. You will also be able to see who has authored the comment and when it was added.

- Add a new message
  - Write your own message in the window
- Add a new attachment
  - If necessary, add an attachment to your message from your own computer
- Subscribe to the conversation in your email
  - You can allow for notifications of new messages to be sent to your e-mail
- Add participants to the conversation
  - You can add participants to the internal discussion from the list of users
    - Participants will be notified of new messages by e-mail
