<u>**Cancel the request**</u>

- Definition
  - Enter the reason for the suspension of the request
- Send an e-mail to those who left a reply and were aware of the request
  - Choose whether information about the suspension will be sent to bidders who have submitted a response and are familiar with it
- Click "Cancel"
  - The request will be removed from the valid requests in the Offer service
  - The request will be moved to the "Cancelled" folder
