In the Reports section, you can generate reports based on procurements. Two types of reports are available, and they can be downloaded in Excel-format. If you belong to a larger organization, you can also access reports for units under the main organization.

### Duration of the procurement report: 

This report contains the following information: 

- Procurement identification
- Procurement name
- Procedure
- Publication date
- Contract award
- Duration

### Statistical report 

This report contains the fllowing information: 

- Basic RFx
  - number per year and quarterly, divided by status (unfinished, valid, terminated)
  - number per year and quarterly, broken down by procedure
  - procurements in total for the year and on a quarterly basis
  - Answers received
    - the number of responses received by quarter
    - average responses per completed request
    - the number of people familiar with the requests, broken down by quarter each year
    - average acquaintances per completed request
- Number of auctions per year and quarterly
- Advanced RFx
  - number per year and quarterly, divided by status (unfinished, valid, terminated)
  - number per year and quarterly, broken down by procedure
  - procurements in total for the year and on a quarterly basis
  - Answers received
    - the number of responses received by quarter
    - average responses per completed request
    - the number of people familiar with the requests, broken down by quarter each year
    - average acquaintances per completed request
