This guide explains how to access a full list of monitoring profiles owned by all users within your single organisation, including their owners and subscribers. It also shows how to use the search bar to quickly locate a specific profile by name.  Note:  To access the list or make changes to profiles owned by other users, you must be logged in as the Organisation Administrator. Steps to Access the Monitoring Profiles Overview: Go to the  Organisation Management  section in the admin panel. Search for the organisation you want to review. On the right-hand side, click on the 3-dot menu next to the organisation’s name. Select  Edit. In the organisation’s settings, navigate to the  Monitoring Profiles  tab. What You Will See A full list of all Monitoring Profiles linked to the organisation. For each profile, you will see: profile name who are the Owner(s) and Subscriber(s) If you need to make changes or get a deeper overview, click the 3-dot menu next to a profile and select  Edit  to open and manage it directly. At the top of the  Monitoring Profiles  list, you’ll find a search bar. Enter the name (or part of the name) of the monitoring profile you are looking for. The list will automatically filter to match your search query. You can also search for users by name to see which monitoring profiles they are associated with. This functionality makes it faster and easier to get a complete overview of all monitoring profiles in one place and quickly locate the ones you need without opening them one by one or checking every user’s associated profiles.
