Mercell currently operate multiple platforms. We are in the process of upgrading customers to a single platform that will benefit from all the functionalities unique to each existing platform. In the meantime our customers will belong to one or multiple platforms and we understand this can be confusing especially when seeking support.

We recommend using the URL as the consistent identifier of your platform.

The URL is within the address bar of your browser.

The start of the URL corresponds to the following platforms:

| **My Mercell** | [my.mercell.com](http://my.mercell.com/) |
| **Ethics** | [https://ethics.dk/ethics/](https://ethics.dk/ethics/eo) |
| **Mercell CTM** | (Depending on your region): [eu.eu-supply.com](http://eu.eu-supply.com/) or [uk.eu-supply.com](http://uk.eu-supply.com/) or [eu-supply.com](http://eu-supply.com) |
| **Mercell Bidding & Tendering** | [app.mercell.com](http://app.mercell.com/) |
| **Mercell Cloudia** | This will depend on the module you access within the platform, however *Cloudia* is always present in the URL. |
| **Mercell Source-to-Contract** | [https://s2c.mercell.com/](https://s2c.mercell.com/) |
