Bid Excellence is designed to support suppliers working with public procurement.  
It consists of two parts:

- **Learning** – e-learning modules and certification programs to build knowledge and skills.
- **Resource Center** – articles, templates, and guides available on [mercell.com](http://mercell.com/)

Within Learning you will find:

- **Basic Introduction to Public Procurement** – a course that explains the principles governing the public sector, threshold values, contracts vs. framework agreements, and the procurement and bidding process.
- **Advanced Introduction to Public Procurement** – a deeper course covering strategies, bid preparation, the Q&A process, as well as handling complaints and legal reviews.

Together, these give you both the foundation and the practical support needed to succeed in public tenders.
