**Please permit support personnel to view your account in order to help you more effectively:**  
From "**My Startpage**" hover over your name to the right in the top menu and select "**My Profile**" .  
Down to the right, under the heading "**Support**" select "**Yes**".  
Finish by clicking "**Save Support Selection**".

Your account will now be accessible to TendSign support for 24 hours.
