Click on button View Q&A on right hand side on Tender startpage, click on Add new message button,Enter your question to the procurer/buyer.  
  
Tick the box Send e-mail directly the the procurer,this will send a message immediately to the procurer/buyer.If you do not tick the box, the question will be reached the next day.
